Operators at the central monitoring station can use CSI Solution’s Central Monitoring System to establish custom events to trigger when certain circumstances are met. One example is the fact that if a patient or an occupant triggers a panic signal, our Central Monitoring System can show and warn operators in the methods that they need so that they react more effectively and precisely.
This makes each operating unit really unique and offers the most distinctive service for its patients or inhabitants. The operators can view events in various categories in CSI Solution’s Central Monitoring System event panel: burglar, special and common. This separates the answers operators should conduct and facilitate their lives.

CSI Solution Central Monitoring System is a solution that organises events occurring while active users into three main categories: alarm, warning, and status.
ALARM
WARNING
Alarm occurrences are the most critical of the three stages; medical catastrophes like life losses or occupants with a drop demand rapid treatment from health specialists are examples. A gated community example would be to activate a panic button from a tenant that may demand emergency help at home. Another would be burglar alarms in the home of people, allowing management to deploy security in order to check if the problem is helpful or if it is a false alarm.
The second most crucial warning event in these three phases is that they cause alarm, but no immediate action to fix them is required. An example of this may be if a patient IV has to be replaced or when a residential community does not immediately pose a risk to users if the gadgets of an occupant start running low on batteries or have connectivity problems that need to be fixed soon.
STATUS
Status events are the least significant since they provide you with a reference, for example when users change the settings from Arm to Disarm or Home, when they do that and just log it for the username.

Each inhabitant or patient who is currently enrolled in the institution or the collective receives basic information. The user information includes name, grade, address, telephone number, contacts with emergencies, equipment, and floor plans.
Within the User panel, operators can see that each user has two passwords, a normal password that allows simple disarmament situations, while a panic password can be added in a new protective layer for patients and households to inform operators about high-stress situations that the user cannot clearly identify.
Central Monitoring System: Service Grade
CSI Solution acknowledges that various hospitals or communities will provide different services based on the needs of the patients or residents, thus each user is assigned multiple “Service Degrees” to better separate the varied services of the facilities or of the community operators.

The User Contact Info helps operators to better configure how users report an event. This can include phone, email, text messages. For example, events such as burglar, fire, or medicals can be programmed to inform people by telephone, as they demand immediate attention while routine occurrences may be notified via emails or SMS.
Central Monitoring System: Devices Tab

Devices record the devices that are now recorded under each user and to which area. It also allows you to name each device in a specific way so that you can better comprehend what takes place when an event takes place.

Floor plans allow users to upload their house designs so that they can map their gadgets’ locations within their homes, enabling the Central Monitoring System to decide the origin of each event and so provide a clearer picture of each occurrence and its instant reactions.

A more comprehensive Interface allowing management to browse events from many users is provided by the Alarms panel. The interface enables operators, either as a Resolved or False Alarm to provide extensive notes on each incident and log the event to further information.
The warning box can manually provide personalised notifications by means of a previously registered means, either by e-mail, SMS, or telephone, from care providers or gated communities. It also offers the address information with Google Maps in order to indicate where the event is taking place, and then provides access to floor plans that illustrate the origin of the event.
